Bulgari seeks Area Retail Director for Southeast Region in Miami, leading retail strategy and Store Directors with $205K–$225K annual compensation.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and motivate a team of Store Leaders to deliver high performance aligned with company expectations, both qualitatively and quantitatively
  • Engage in clear and consistent communication with Store Teams and Corporate Partners to align with operational standards and identify growth opportunities
  • Partner with VP of Retail and HRBP on Business Operations and People strategies to achieve regional sales expectations
  • Lead performance management processes including KPIs on Performance, CRM, and Client Experience, with regular follow-up with Store Directors
  • Create customized business plans per boutique with Store Leaders focusing on short-term and long-term strategic and financial objectives
  • Develop targeted action plans for High Jewelry Business development in partnership with High Jewelry and Merchandising Teams
  • Support Store Directors in identifying and recruiting HNW prospects while fostering innovative business development through networking and entrepreneurial initiatives
  • Participate in budget preparation, including strategy, sales, and phasing forecasts
  • Partner with Regional Training Team to define and deploy comprehensive Sales and Client Experience training strategies
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and Store Leaders on talent development through coaching, succession planning, and identification of top talent
  • Manage operational execution including policy, procedure, and Loss Prevention compliance across the region
  • Monitor and control boutique business expenses and oversee proper allocation of gifting and client entertainment resources
  • Partner with Corporate Team on new product launches, events, and market-enhancing activities to increase net sales
  • Represent Bulgari at meetings, events, and work-related functions
  • Visit markets in the region regularly, with travel requirements up to 75%

Qualifications

  • Multi-store and/or high-volume retail experience
  • Luxury retail experience required; high-end jewelry experience preferred
  • Strong people and performance management skills
  • Advanced computer proficiency including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
