Bulgari Dublin seeks an Applications Specialist with 5+ years of SAP experience to drive supply chain IT projects and provide expert application support.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with central and regional Information System & Technology teams to provide consistent services and processes
  • Provide user support for Functional, Reporting, and Intranet Applications, resolving issues and ensuring seamless operations
  • Organize, verify, and guarantee the delivery and quality of user application training programmes
  • Contribute to user acceptance testing and system functionality validation
  • Participate in system delivery and project closure activities, ensuring successful handovers to operations
  • Suggest solutions and improvements for applications to relevant application analysts
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation including user manuals, meeting minutes, project updates, user requirements, and test cases
  • Adhere to established quality and procedural guidelines for live implementations
  • Lead the development of strategic and operational IT projects within the supply chain domain
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement IT projects to ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality standards
  • Drive and supervise project and system change request activities throughout the entire initiative lifecycle
  • Collaborate in a team-oriented manner with central, regional, and external stakeholders
  • Guarantee project closing, post go-live support, and seamless service transition to application management

Qualifications

  • University degree preferably in Economics or Engineering
  • Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in SAP logistics modules (ECC or S/4)
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within international projects
  • Experience in migration projects from SAP ECC to S4/HANA (preferred)
  • Hands-on experience in WMS operation and automation/integration projects
  • Basic knowledge of supply chain and planning processes including forecasting, supply planning, S&OP, distribution, and replenishment
  • Knowledge of Middleware platforms including API and SAP PO

Experience
