Bulgari Dublin seeks Applications Specialist for supply chain IT projects and ERP support; 5+ years SAP experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with central and regional IT teams to deliver consistent services and processes across supply chain functions
- Provide comprehensive user support for functional, reporting, and intranet applications, resolving issues and ensuring operational continuity
- Organize, verify, and oversee the delivery and quality of user application training programs
- Participate in user acceptance testing and system validation activities to confirm functionality and performance
- Contribute to system delivery and project closure, managing successful handovers to operations teams
- Recommend solutions and improvements to application analysts, fostering continuous operational enhancement
- Prepare detailed documentation including user manuals, project updates, test cases, and requirements specifications
- Adhere to established quality and procedural guidelines following system implementations
- Lead the development of strategic and operational IT projects within the supply chain domain
- Plan, coordinate, and execute IT projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery meeting agreed quality standards and user specifications
- Drive and supervise projects and system change requests throughout the entire initiative lifecycle, coordinating resources across departments, locations, and external consultants
- Collaborate in a team-oriented manner with central, regional, and management stakeholders
- Guarantee project closure, post-launch support, and seamless transition to application management services
Qualifications
- University degree, preferably in economics or engineering
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP logistics modules (SAP ECC or S/4HANA)
- Demonstrated project management experience, ideally in international environments
- Knowledge of supply chain and planning processes including forecasting, supply planning, S&OP, distribution, and replenishment
- Basic proficiency with middleware platforms, APIs, and SAP Process Orchestration (SAP PO)
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in SAP logistics modules and application support, with at least 3 years in a project management or applications specialist capacity. Experience with WMS operation, automation projects, and international project environments is strongly valued. Migration experience from SAP ECC to S/4HANA is advantageous.
Education
University degree, preferably in economics, engineering, or a related technical field.
