Bulgari in Dublin seeks an Applications Specialist to support ERP-based supply chain applications and lead IT projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between Supply Chain and central/regional IT teams to ensure consistent services and processes.
- Provide day‑to‑day application support for functional, reporting and intranet applications, resolving incidents and ensuring service continuity.
- Plan, coordinate and deliver user application training; verify training quality and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project and operational documentation (user requirements, test cases, manuals, meeting minutes, project updates).
- Design and execute user acceptance and functional tests to validate system functionality and project deliverables.
- Lead end‑to‑end IT projects in the supply chain domain, managing scope, timelines, budgets and multi‑disciplinary resources.
- Drive and supervise system change requests and migration activities, coordinating internal stakeholders and external consultants.
- Propose application enhancements and collaborate with application analysts and key users to implement continuous improvements.
- Ensure quality governance post‑implementation including project closeout, initial post go‑live support and service takeover by application management teams.
Qualifications
- University degree, preferably in economics or engineering.
- Minimum 3 years' professional experience; preferably at least 5 years' hands‑on experience with SAP logistics modules (SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on international or cross‑functional IT projects.
- Experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration projects is a strong advantage.
- Practical experience with WMS operations and automation/integration initiatives.
- Working knowledge of supply chain and planning processes (forecasting, supply planning, S&OP, distribution, replenishment).
- Familiarity with middleware platforms and integration technologies (API, SAP PO).
- Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills; proactive, organized and customer‑oriented.

Minimum 3 years' professional experience overall; ideally 5+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP logistics modules and prior exposure to international IT or migration projects.
Education
University degree, preferably in economics or engineering.
