After-Sales Customer Service and Supply Chain Coordinator at Bulgari Watches in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. Hybrid role managing global customer service and supply chain operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for after-sales inquiries from repair centers, customer services, and shops worldwide regarding technical and pricing issues, expected delivery dates, order status, and shipment details
- Track all client orders from placement through final delivery, including monitoring pricing, repair availability, and shipments for a defined market region
- Address urgent requests swiftly to ensure delivery deadlines are met and customer satisfaction is maintained
- Ensure customer service satisfaction through the Quality Feedback Management process
- Manage novelties and component requirements planning for new products in collaboration with the Supply Chain Associate Manager
- Maintain demand forecasting and safety stock levels
- Administer backorders management processes
- Analyze product life cycle and inventory levels before disposal, making recommendations based on commercial, logistics, and financial considerations
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain or customer service, preferably in the luxury watch industry
- Previous experience in After-Sales Services sector is advantageous
- Proficiency with SAP or comparable enterprise resource planning systems
- Fluent in French and English; additional languages are advantageous
- Strong organizational and analytical capabilities with the ability to synthesize complex information
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain or customer service functions, ideally within the luxury watch industry or after-sales services sector. The ideal candidate will demonstrate competency in managing complex, international supply chain processes and have proven success in both operational coordination and customer-facing roles.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; post-secondary qualification in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
