Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary intake point for repair and maintenance requests from customers and boutique staff in the Ginza store.
- Assess and document repair requests accurately; provide customers and boutiques with timelines, estimates and procedural guidance.
- Coordinate shipments and logistics to and from authorised repair centres; manage receipt and return of items.
- Monitor repair and maintenance progress; proactively communicate status updates and follow-up actions to customers and boutique teams.
- Perform system entry and administrative tasks to ensure records are complete, auditable and aligned with brand after-sales standards.
- When required by operational needs, undertake simple maintenance tasks (e.g., strap/band adjustments, battery replacements, basic cleaning) within scope of competence.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of professional experience in retail, after‑sales, or customer service; acceptable backgrounds include luxury repair intake (≥1 year), retail/customer‑facing roles (≥2 years), or call centre/customer support.
- Native-level Japanese language proficiency.
- Proven customer-centric attitude with the ability to manage escalations calmly and deliver timely resolutions.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills to manage multiple repair workflows and stakeholders.
- Flexibility to perform both reception/administrative duties and hand-on simple maintenance tasks when required.

Typically 3+ years' relevant experience in luxury retail, after-sales operations or customer service.
