Bulgari Accounts Payable Coordinator - New York, NY. Process vendor invoices, manage payments, and support month-end close across three Americas entities in this hybrid role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create purchase requisitions and purchase orders for all monthly rent invoices
- Generate domestic and international payments via ACH, wire transfers, and check runs across multiple currencies
- Process vendor invoices and match open statements against open liabilities with full reconciliation
- Maintain knowledge of multi-state sales and use tax compliance requirements
- Manage high call volume from internal customers and vendors while facilitating problem resolution
- Ensure timely payment of vendor invoices and expense reports
- Demonstrate proficiency with 7501 customs declaration forms for international shipments
- Utilize corporate business systems including SAP, IVALUA, Trax/Sapphire, and Concur Solutions
- Prepare month-end accrual reports for travel and entertainment, and freight expenses
- Assist with preparation and annual IRS filing of 1099 forms for vendor compliance
- Coordinate with the Procurement administrator on master data setup and daily interaction with finance and accounting teams
- Implement and enforce Bulgari and LVMH accounts payable policies and procedures in accordance with company guidelines
- Prepare month-end accounts payable reconciliation statements
- Execute additional projects and ad-hoc assignments as directed
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of accounts payable or similar accounting experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and mathematical abilities
- SAP experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of multi-state sales and use tax frameworks
- Familiarity with 7501 customs declaration forms
- Understanding of vendor management and invoice processing workflows
Skills
Experience
1–3 years of accounts payable or related accounting operations experience. Prior exposure to multi-entity environments, vendor management, and month-end close procedures is advantageous. Beginner to junior-level proficiency in SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems is acceptable; prior SAP experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
