Role & Responsibilities
- Process client accounting: inputting sales invoices, account follow-up, reconciliations (lettrements) and dunning actions where required.
- Manage supplier accounting: capture and control supplier invoices, reconcile accounts and prepare payment runs.
- Support treasury tasks: upload and reconcile bank statements and enter boutique cash transactions.
- Maintain financial records: filing, archiving and documentation of invoices and accounting vouchers.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Retail, Management Control, etc.) to ensure accurate transactional recording and support month‑end activities.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from an accounting, finance or management programme (BTS, DUT, Bachelor's or Master's).
- Fluent English (required); professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised, autonomous and proactive with a pronounced sense of initiative.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across functions.
- Comfortable working with standard office IT tools and spreadsheets.
