Bulgari seeks an experienced Accessories Marketing & Communication Manager in Rome to lead global brand strategy and positioning for the Accessories division.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the annual marketing and communication strategy for the Accessories category, identifying integration opportunities with the broader Bulgari calendar and proposing one-brand synergies
  • Drive integrated communication efforts by coordinating with internal Brand and Communication teams (Celebrity, Events, Social Media, Media, Product Marketing, Trade Marketing, Image) to ensure message alignment and consistency
  • Execute a strong global editorial placement strategy for key launches, aligning with markets to amplify messages and manage external PR consultants for consistent activation of PR activities
  • Organize and manage interviews for the Accessories Managing Director and Creative Director, ensuring strategic media presence and brand positioning
  • Provide strategic support for the annual global LG&A event including briefing, planning, and post-event amplification; coordinate Paris Couture and Milan Fashion Week presentations for targeted press
  • Organize strategic meetings for the Creative Director during fashion events and contribute strategic insight to identify key trend moments and recommend relevant Key Opinion Leaders and trendsetters
  • Ensure a unified approach during market visits through clienteling events, editor meetings, and cultural activations to enhance brand relationships and visibility

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in defining and implementing global marketing and communication strategies, preferably in the luxury sector with Accessories experience as an advantage
  • Solid knowledge of PR dynamics and media relations spanning print, influencers, and digital channels
  • Demonstrated competence in managing high-profile events and fashion shows
  • Ability to analyze market data and campaign performance with strategic acumen
  • Excellent knowledge of digital communication and social media platforms and tools
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus

Experience
