The Watch Service Administrator welcomes local and international clients at Bucherer’s watch service reception and coordinates repair orders, administration, logistics, estimates, invoicing, and follow-up. The role requires retail training focused on watches, several years of watch-sector experience, and very good German and English.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome local and international clients at the watch service reception and provide highly personalised service.
- Register watches in the internal repair system and ensure orders are processed correctly.
- Manage the administrative and logistical processing of repair orders.
- Prepare estimates and invoices, and follow up on repairs daily.
- Coordinate collaboration between the watch service, suppliers and manufacturers, external partners, and internal teams.
- Order required materials and accessories for the watch service.
- Process all orders in accordance with Bucherer’s values, policies, and internal guidelines.
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in retail, specialising in the watch industry.
- Extensive watch-related expertise and several years of professional experience.
- Strong service and client orientation, with an enjoyment of personal consultations.
