Bucherer seeks a Watch Department Supervisor for its Stuttgart store to advise clients on luxury watches, develop customer relationships, guide the watches team and coordinate sales-floor operations, merchandising, stock control, budgets and exclusive events. The role also supports on-the-job learning and targeted further training.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide individualized advice and service to discerning national and international customers purchasing high-end watches.
- Build long-term customer relationships and maintain the existing client base.
- Train, inform and motivate employees in the watches department on a regular basis.
- Coordinate the watches sales floor, including product rotations, daily stock checks and inventory preparation.
- Ensure appealing product presentation and oversee the entire product assortment.
- Arrange and decorate product groups in accordance with applicable visual merchandising guidelines.
- Carry out administrative sales tasks, maintain the internal CRM system and monitor monthly budget attainment.
- Proactively develop concepts for exclusive events and support their planning and organization.

- Strong customer and service orientation, with high sensitivity to individual customer needs.

- Strong passion for sales, client advising and excellent service quality in the luxury segment.
