Bucherer seeks a Watch Department Supervisor for its Düsseldorf store to advise international and national clients on fine watches, develop client relationships, coach the team and coordinate the watch sales floor, stock and administration. The role also oversees brand-appropriate product presentation, CRM-driven client development and monthly budget attainment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise and serve discerning national and international clients purchasing fine watches, with exceptional service, discretion and style.
- Build lasting, trusting client relationships and develop them continuously with tact and commitment.
- Maintain excellent advisory and service standards by regularly training, informing and motivating the team.
- Coordinate the watch sales floor and oversee stock rotation, daily inventory checks and structured, thorough inventory preparation.
- Monitor the exclusive assortment and present it in a brand-appropriate, aesthetically compelling and sales-oriented manner; curate product groups with a strong sense of luxury, design and brand identity.
- Handle premium-sales administration, maintain the internal CRM system to support targeted client development, and monitor monthly budget attainment with commercial acumen.

- Strong service orientation and a keen understanding of the individual expectations of discerning national and international clients.

- Passion for fine timepieces, with the ability to engage clients through expertise, authenticity and a deep appreciation of watchmaking and brand heritage.
- Assertiveness, reliability and a high level of personal commitment.
- Sound specialist knowledge of fine watches; luxury-segment sales experience, ideally in Haute Horlogerie, is desirable.
- Strong willingness to learn and continuously expand knowledge of complications, manufacture movements and brand worlds, and actively use the available professional development opportunities.
- Professional, stylish appearance and excellent manners.
- Very good German and English; additional foreign-language skills are an advantage.
