Bucherer seeks a Watch and Jewelry Sales Advisor in Bern to serve local and international clients, develop lasting relationships, represent exclusive products, and support daily retail operations and client events. The role is 100%.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise discerning national and international clients purchasing high-end branded watches and jewelry.
- Create memorable client experiences and develop meaningful, loyal client relationships.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, positioning exclusive products through expert product knowledge and storytelling.
- Actively maintain and expand the client network.
- Work with colleagues to ensure sales areas and display cases are impeccably presented.
- Ensure the smooth running of daily business operations.
- Handle sales-related administrative tasks and maintain the internal CRM system.
- Support specific projects and contribute to the successful delivery of client events.
Qualifications
- Vocational qualification as a retail specialist in watches and jewelry (EFZ).
- Sound knowledge of watches and/or jewelry.
- Open, client-oriented personality with a strong service mindset.
- Strong empathy for clients and intercultural competence when working with local and international customers.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and approach.
- Affinity with IT.
- Strong personal style, professional appearance, and courteous manners.
- Proactive team player.
- Business-fluent German and English; good French is preferred.
