Bucherer seeks a Watch and Jewelry Client Advisor in Crans-Montana to serve Swiss and international clients, build lasting relationships, represent brands and manage product presentation, Salesforce data and sales administration. Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and advise discerning Swiss and international clients purchasing fine watchmaking, watchmaking and jewelry products, delivering premium service.
- Build, develop and retain the client portfolio.
- Represent one or more brands, analyse and manage stock quantities, and ensure product-enhancing presentation.
- Manage data in Salesforce and ensure its quality.
- Handle sales-related administrative tasks, including emails, after-sales service, inventory, and merchandise transfers and receipts.
- Maintain exemplary information flow among colleagues and actively support them.
- Keep abreast of trends and pursue training to remain current in key areas of the profession.
Qualifications
- Passion for watchmaking, jewelry and fine jewelry.
- Strong service orientation and exemplary client focus.
- Several years of luxury retail sales advisory experience.
- Completed Swiss Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in Retail Trade Management, ideally specialising in watch and jewelry sales advisory.
- Native French speaker with excellent English; Italian or any other language is an asset.
- Professional rigour and a keen eye for detail that makes a difference to clients.
- Strong sense of responsibility, excellent team spirit and flexibility.
- Ease in working with IT systems.
