Bucherer is seeking a Client Advisor for its Oberpollinger boutique in Munich to advise customers on branded watches and jewelry, manage repairs, develop customer relationships, maintain the assortment and CRM system, and support customer events. The role includes sales administration and customer-focused product presentation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise and provide individualized service to discerning national and international customers purchasing fine branded watches and jewelry.
- Receive and hand over repairs, ensuring a smooth process.
- Build customer relationships proactively and maintain them over time.
- Deliver a distinctive shopping experience through knowledgeable advice and professional service.
- Maintain an overview of the product assortment and present it attractively to engage customers.
- Carry out sales-related administrative tasks accurately and maintain the internal CRM system reliably.

Qualifications
- Strong service orientation and sensitivity to customer needs.
- Demonstrated passion for the work on the sales floor and enthusiasm for the Bucherer philosophy.
- Luxury retail sales experience, particularly in watches and jewelry, is an advantage; career changers are welcome.
- Eagerness to learn and develop continuously through the available training programmes.
- Very good German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage.
