Bucherer seeks a Rolex Watch Supervisor for its Oberpollinger store in Munich. The role combines luxury watch sales and client relationship development with sales planning, internal watch training, assortment oversight and visual merchandising. Role & Responsibilities
- Advise and assist national and international customers in purchasing high-end branded watches.
- Plan and implement sales-promoting measures to support revenue and sales targets.
- Build and develop long-term, sustainable customer relationships through excellent service and individual attention.
- Represent the company philosophy as a host and create an exceptional shopping experience for customers.
- Design, organize and deliver regular internal watch training to develop the sales team's expertise.
- Analyze, manage and monitor the product assortment, ensuring an attractive presentation that supports sales.
- Maintain an appealing, well-kept presentation of the sales floor, windows and display cases in accordance with visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- Excellent expertise in high-end watches and extensive experience advising customers on and selling luxury watches.
- Several years of retail leadership experience, ideally in the luxury or premium segment.
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training.
- Strong service and customer orientation, with a keen affinity for luxury and retail.
- Persuasive sales ability and a strong understanding of the individual needs of discerning customers.
- Professional, well-groomed appearance and excellent manners.
- High initiative, flexibility, assertiveness and personal commitment.
- Strong teamwork, reliability and resilience.
- Very good written and spoken German and English.
