Bucherer seeks a Marketing Specialist for its Friedrichstraße store in Berlin, on a 50% part-time basis. The role leads marketing and event activities, develops partnerships and campaigns, manages budgets and event delivery, and supports CRM and clienteling in collaboration with Sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Independently implement the marketing and event strategy.
- Plan, manage and operationally execute all marketing activities.
- Develop innovative events, partnerships and direct marketing campaigns.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Plan, organize, deliver and evaluate events.
- Manage participant registration and ensure defined quality standards are met.
- Plan budgets, control costs and evaluate marketing performance in collaboration with management.
- Work closely with CRM and Sales to optimize customer retention and sales initiatives.
- Proactively support the sales team with client selection, outreach and service through CRM and clienteling activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with hotels, tourism partners and luxury-sector collaboration partners.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and guidelines.
- Act as the central internal and external contact for marketing and events.

- Completed vocational training or a degree specializing in marketing, event management, communications or a comparable field.
- Initial relevant professional experience in marketing, event or project management.
- Strong service orientation and a professional, confident manner.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, and flexibility with working hours.
- Excellent organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style.
- Creativity, resilience and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written communication skills, very good German and good English.
- Confident use of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.

- Affinity for high-quality products and an understanding of the requirements of the luxury goods industry.
