The Jewelry Supervisor advises discerning national and international customers on high-quality jewelry, develops client relationships, supports team development, and coordinates sales-floor operations, stock controls, CRM, budget tracking, and events. Role & Responsibilities
- Provide individualized, service-oriented advice and support to discerning national and international customers purchasing high-quality jewelry.
- Build and sustainably maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Train, inform, and motivate employees, contributing to the team's ongoing development.
- Coordinate the jewelry sales floor; manage merchandise rotation, daily stock checks, and inventory preparation.
- Monitor the merchandise assortment and ensure an appealing product presentation; arrange and decorate product categories to promote sales.
- Handle sales administration, maintain the CRM system, and track monthly budget targets.
- Proactively develop event ideas and concepts, and support their planning and delivery.
