Role & Responsibilities
- Provide individual, needs-based advice and support to discerning national and international customers purchasing fine jewelry.
- Build and maintain long-term, trusting client relationships.
- Create an exceptional, memorable shopping experience through excellent service and strong advisory skills.
- Ensure an attractive, sales-oriented presentation of the product range and actively contribute to an inspiring sales floor.
- Carefully handle all sales-related administrative tasks and maintain the CRM system professionally and reliably.

Qualifications
- Strong service orientation, empathy, and sensitivity to the needs of discerning customers.
- Enthusiasm for fine jewelry and identification with a sophisticated brand philosophy.
- Ideally, initial luxury retail sales experience, preferably in jewelry and watches; motivated career changers are also welcome.
- Strong willingness to learn and motivation for ongoing personal and professional development.
- Very good spoken and written German and English; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
