Role & Responsibilities
- Provide individualized, needs-based advice and service to discerning national and international customers purchasing fine jewelry.
- Build and maintain lasting, trust-based client relationships.
- Create an exceptional and memorable shopping experience through outstanding service and strong advisory skills.
- Ensure an appealing, sales-oriented presentation of the merchandise and actively help shape an inspiring sales floor.
- Carefully complete all sales-related administrative tasks and maintain the CRM system professionally and reliably.
- Contribute to planning and delivering exclusive client events to strengthen customer loyalty and showcase products.
Qualifications
- Strong service orientation, empathy and sensitivity to the needs of discerning customers.
- Enthusiasm for fine jewelry and identification with a demanding brand philosophy.
- Initial luxury retail sales experience is preferred, ideally in jewelry and watches; motivated career changers are also welcome.
- Strong willingness to learn and motivation for continuous personal and professional development.
- Very good written and spoken German and English; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
