Bucherer HR Business Partner

Role & Responsibilities

• Advise leaders in IT and Finance on HR matters and provide professional, solution-oriented HR support.
• Partner with leaders on workforce and FTE planning, change and transformation processes, and talent and succession planning.
• Recruit specialist and leadership talent in close collaboration with line management, reinforcing the company’s values, leadership principles and culture.
• Manage the full performance and succession cycle, from development and performance conversations to succession planning and talent pipeline development.
• Act as the liaison between the business, HR, Legal and Compliance on complex employee cases, employment law matters and conflict situations, with a consistent and risk-aware approach.
• Develop sustainable solutions for health and absence management that strengthen engagement and wellbeing.
• Maintain and enhance HRIS, reporting and Excel tools, and prepare HR data as clear decision-making resources for leaders and senior stakeholders.
• Lead or support cross-functional HR projects to continuously develop processes and structures.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner in a dynamic environment.
• Completed degree in Business Administration, HR Management or Psychology, or comparable education at a university or university of applied sciences.
• Experience in leadership, team and organisational development, and advanced knowledge of People Analytics.
• Experience advising and supporting leaders at different hierarchical levels.
• Sound knowledge of Swiss employment law.
• Integrity, pragmatism, strong communication skills, connected thinking, and a pronounced service and client orientation.
• Analytical and structured approach, strong solution orientation, personal accountability and flexibility.
• Very good written and spoken German and English.
