Bucherer seeks a Hospitality and Service Expert for its boutique on Perusastraße in Munich. The role welcomes and assists clients, coordinates the boutique experience, supports appointments and daily administration, and contributes to client events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and professionally assist national and international clients.
- Ensure a first-class guest and service experience throughout the boutique.
- Coordinate client flow on the sales floor and direct clients to the appropriate Sales Advisors.
- Support appointment scheduling and handle incoming telephone enquiries from clients.
- Work closely with the sales team as the central point of contact between clients and the sales floor.
- Help create a welcoming, hospitable atmosphere through excellent service.
- Serve clients and maintain a well-presented reception and lounge area.
- Support administrative and organisational tasks in day-to-day operations.
- Contribute to the delivery of client events and special boutique activities.
Qualifications
- Successfully completed vocational training in services, hospitality, food and beverage, retail or business administration.
- Initial professional experience in a service-oriented role, ideally in the premium or luxury segment.
- Strong hosting instincts and a passion for excellent client service.
- Confident, professional and polished demeanour.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with discerning clients.
- Highly service-oriented, with a strong quality-conscious mindset.
- Structured and reliable working style, including in a dynamic environment.
- Very good German and good English.
