Bucherer seeks an experienced finance professional to support its Group Finance team on a fixed-term basis from January to August 2027, at 80–100% workload. The role delivers decision-making support to management and key stakeholders through group-level financial planning, reporting, marketing and investment controlling, and process improvement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the monthly closing process and prepare management reports and performance analyses.
- Contribute to group-level budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning.
- Advise leaders through robust financial analyses, recommendations and decision-making support.
- Lead marketing controlling, including budget planning, expenditure monitoring, ROI analyses and campaign evaluations.
- Oversee investment controlling, focusing on business cases, investment analyses and performance reviews.
- Develop and automate reporting and planning processes, and support strategic projects and ad hoc analyses.
Qualifications
- Degree in controlling, accounting or finance, or comparable further education in finance.
- Several years of experience in FP&A, controlling, finance business partnering or corporate finance.
- Experience in retail, luxury goods or consumer goods is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and marketing and investment controlling.
- Very good Excel skills and experience with Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or comparable reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach.
- Business-fluent written and spoken German and English.
