The Deputy Boutique Manager supports leadership and daily operations at the Cartier boutique at Zurich Airport, while actively selling to international clients, delivering excellent service and supporting sales targets, team coordination and standards. Role & Responsibilities
- Deputise in the leadership of the Cartier boutique at Zurich Airport.
- Support the Boutique Manager with daily operations and leadership responsibilities.
- Actively sell and provide personalised service to discerning international clients.
- Ensure an excellent client experience and foster lasting client relationships.
- Contribute to sales and service targets.
- Support team scheduling, organisation and coordination.
- Ensure compliance with sales, service and CRM standards.
- Handle administrative duties and deputise for the Boutique Manager during absences.
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in retail, ideally in the luxury segment.
- Several years of experience selling high-end watches and jewellery.
- Initial leadership experience or clear motivation to take on responsibility.
- Strong service and client orientation.
- Confident, professional and stylish presentation.
- Enjoy working with international clients in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organisational skills and a reliable approach to work.
- IT affinity; experience with CRM systems and MS Office is preferred.
- Very good German and English language skills.
- Willingness to work shifts between 6:00 and 22:00, as well as weekends and public holidays.
