Bucherer seeks a Client Advisor for its Zurich Airport location to serve local and international clients purchasing fine jewellery and watches, deliver memorable experiences, support CRM and daily operations, and uphold impeccable product presentation. The role is 100%.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise discerning national and international clients purchasing fine jewellery and luxury watches.
- Create memorable client experiences and develop lasting, loyal client relationships.
- Act as a brand ambassador, positioning exclusive products through expert product knowledge and storytelling.
- Implement CRM guidelines and actively maintain client relationships.
- Ensure the smooth running of daily business operations.
- Maintain optimal presentation of sales areas, shop windows and display cases.
- Carry out administrative tasks to support the team.
Qualifications
- Training in retail, hospitality/food service, or the watch and jewellery industry.
- Several years of experience in luxury retail.
- In-depth expertise in watches and jewellery.
- Fluent spoken and written German and English.
- IT affinity and knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Strong sales aptitude and excellent service orientation.
- A polished sense of style, professional demeanour and courteous manners.
- High empathy and intercultural competence when engaging with local and international clients.
- Flexibility and willingness to work shifts between 6:00 and 22:00, including weekends and public holidays.
