Bucherer seeks a Client Advisor for its new Stuttgart branch to advise clients on luxury watches and jewelry, manage repairs, build client relationships, maintain the product presentation and CRM system, and support client events. Role & Responsibilities
- Advise and provide individual service to discerning national and international clients purchasing luxury watches and jewelry.
- Receive and hand over repairs, ensuring a smooth process.
- Build client relationships proactively and maintain them over time.
- Deliver a distinctive shopping experience through knowledgeable advice and professional client service.
- Maintain an overview of the product range and present it attractively to engage clients.
- Carry out sales-related administrative duties diligently and maintain the internal CRM system reliably.
- Support events that appeal to clients and raise awareness of the products.
Qualifications
- Strong service orientation and acute sensitivity to client needs.
- Demonstrated passion for the work on the sales floor and enthusiasm for the Bucherer philosophy.
- Luxury sales experience, particularly in watches and jewelry, is an advantage; career changers are welcome.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop continuously through the available training programmes.
- Very good German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
