Bucherer seeks a Client Advisor for the Cartier Boutique at Zurich Airport, advising national and international clients on fine jewellery and branded watches while delivering a memorable, relationship-led experience. The role also covers CRM, daily operations, merchandising presentation and team administration; the position is 100%.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advises discerning national and international clients on the purchase of fine jewellery and branded watches.
- Creates memorable client experiences and builds lasting, loyal client relationships.
- Acts as a brand ambassador, positioning exclusive products through expert product knowledge and storytelling.
- Implements CRM guidelines and actively maintains client relationships.
- Ensures the smooth running of daily operations.
- Maintains optimal presentation of the sales floor, windows and display cases.
- Carries out administrative tasks to support the team.
Qualifications
- Training in retail, hospitality or food service, or the watch and jewellery industry.
- Several years of experience in luxury retail.
- In-depth expertise in watches and jewellery.
- Business-fluent spoken and written German and English; French is an advantage.
- IT affinity and knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Strong sales aptitude and excellent service orientation.
- A polished sense of style, professional demeanour and courteous manners.
- High empathy and intercultural competence when serving local and international clients.
- Flexibility and willingness to work shifts between 6:00 and 22:00, including weekends and public holidays.
