Bucherer seeks a full-time Client Advisor for its KaDeWe department store in Berlin, advising customers on watches and jewelry, managing repair handovers, maintaining client relationships and supporting sales events. The role also includes merchandise presentation, sales administration and CRM maintenance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide individualized advice and service to discerning national and international customers purchasing premium watches and jewelry.
- Receive and hand over repairs, ensuring a smooth process.
- Build and sustainably maintain customer relationships.
- Deliver a distinctive shopping experience through knowledgeable advice and professional service.
- Maintain an overview of the merchandise assortment and present it attractively to engage customers.
- Carry out sales-related administrative tasks diligently and maintain the internal CRM system reliably.
- Support events that engage customers and raise awareness of the products.
Qualifications
- Strong service orientation and high sensitivity to customer needs.
- Demonstrated passion for the work on the sales floor and enthusiasm for the Bucherer philosophy.
- Sales experience in the luxury sector, ideally in watches and jewelry; career changers are welcome.
- Willingness to learn and develop continuously through the company’s varied training opportunities.
- Very good German and English; Arabic, Mandarin, or Russian is an advantage.
