Bucherer seeks a Certified Pre-Owned Client Advisor for its Düsseldorf boutique, with responsibility for client advising, sales, portfolio development and long-term client relationships. The role is available part-time and/or full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise and serve discerning Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) clients, with active sales responsibility.
- Strategically develop and establish the CPO segment in the boutique over the long term.
- Contribute to the acquisition, valuation and management of the CPO portfolio.
- Serve as the liaison between the boutique and headquarters to implement the CPO strategy.
- Ensure premium product presentation and actively manage inventory.
- Share expertise and tell the stories behind exceptional watches to inspire the team professionally.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships in the luxury segment.
Qualifications
- Strong service and client orientation, with a keen affinity for luxury and premium retail.
- In-depth expertise in high-end watches, ideally including CPO expertise.
- Strong sales aptitude combined with entrepreneurial thinking.
- Confident, polished presence and excellent social etiquette.
- High initiative, sense of responsibility and assertiveness.
- Team-oriented, reliable and resilient in a dynamic environment.
- Confident communication and negotiation skills in German and English.
