Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day supply chain operations including inventory control, stock reconciliation and cycle counts to ensure availability and accuracy across ateliers and retail channels.

- Contribute to production and capacity planning by liaising with manufacturing teams, tracking work-in-progress and updating production schedules.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports and KPIs (inventory turns, fill rate, lead times); identify variances and propose process improvements.
- Coordinate logistics and distribution activities, including shipment tracking, customs documentation support and carrier communications.
- Support ERP data entry and master-data maintenance; ensure product and location records are current and accurate.
- Participate in cross-functional projects with planning, retail, and quality teams to optimize flows and reduce obsolescence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or current enrolment in supply chain management, industrial engineering, logistics, business administration or a closely related discipline.
- Strong numerical and analytical aptitude with attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem solving.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Professional disposition appropriate for a luxury goods environment: discretion, meticulousness and respect for artisanal processes.
