Buccellati seeks a Sales Executive in Las Vegas to drive boutique sales and cultivate high‑net‑worth client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive boutique sales to achieve and exceed individual and store targets through consultative selling and strategic client development.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth and repeat clients; manage client files and schedule private appointments.
- Deliver authoritative product knowledge across jewellery collections, materials and craftsmanship to personalise the client experience.
- Execute clienteling activities using CRM and boutique tools to follow up on leads, post-sale service and gifting opportunities.
- Maintain boutique standards for visual merchandising, presentation and security when handling high-value items.
- Process sales transactions, returns and repairs in accordance with company policy and cash/security procedures.
- Collaborate with store management, operations and the atelier to coordinate bespoke requests, repairs and special orders.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable track record in luxury retail or high‑value jewellery sales, with a focus on client acquisition and retention.
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills; polished, discreet manner appropriate for an exclusive client base.
- Strong numeracy and transactional accuracy; familiarity with boutique cash handling and loss-prevention protocols.
