Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets as directed by Management
- Work collaboratively with Boutique Director and Assistant Boutique Manager on special client requests and sales initiatives
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming boutique environment for all clients
- Support after-sales clients with helpful solutions in accordance with Maison values
- Support ecommerce clients and phone inquiries to schedule appointments and arrange correspondence
- Maintain extensive knowledge of industry news and competitive brands within the luxury jewelry sector
- Develop deep expertise in high jewelry, including one-of-a-kind pieces, and employ storytelling techniques to build sales momentum
- Cultivate and nurture both new and existing client relationships through expert clientelling practices
- Partner with management and corporate teams on CRM initiatives and client engagement strategies
- Accurately capture and maintain client data for all prospects and clients using CRM tools
- Consistently follow up with clients and leverage CRM technology to build and strengthen relationships
- Appropriately resolve client issues and escalated matters with professionalism
- Support boutique and corporate teams with in-store and off-site events to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty
- Develop and explore community relationships and potential events
- Understand and comply with all Maison policies and procedures
- Assist with daily boutique setup and breakdown and communicate maintenance issues promptly
- Actively participate in inventory and cycle counts to ensure successful audits
- Respond to operational requests from the corporate team in a timely manner
- Maintain visual integrity of vitrines and boutique aesthetics in accordance with brand standards
- Perform special projects as designated by boutique management
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; College degree preferred
- Luxury retail or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent understanding of luxury client experience and customer service standards
- Computer proficiency including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; SAP experience is a plus
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with logistics and operations
- Self-starter with a strong team-player approach
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to spend extended periods standing
Skills
Experience
Luxury retail or hospitality experience is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate proven ability to achieve sales targets, build client relationships, and operate effectively within a boutique environment.
Education
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 26 to USD 30 per hour.
