Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with private clients and high-net-worth customers through proactive clienteling and personalised service.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative, appointment-based selling.
  • Present and demonstrate Buccellati jewellery and objects with impeccable product knowledge, tailoring storytelling to each client's tastes and purchase intent.
  • Manage client appointments, private viewings and aftercare follow-up, ensuring a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
  • Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards aligned with brand directives; prepare display areas for appointments and events.
  • Process sales transactions, manage reservations and maintain accurate client records and gift/after-sales documentation.
  • Coordinate with store management and regional teams on stock rotations, bespoke orders and client requests; assist with inventory control and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Represent the brand at local events and client entertainment opportunities to broaden the boutique's network and referral pipeline.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, fashion or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years' experience in luxury jewellery or high-value retail sales with demonstrable sales results.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and convert relationships with high-net-worth individuals and private clients.
  • Outstanding interpersonal presentation skills, discretion and professional deportment appropriate to an ultra-luxury environment.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
