Buccellati is seeking a Sales Associate on a permanent, full-time contract for its Monaco boutique. The role covers sales targets and clienteling, Maison representation and visual merchandising, as well as boutique administration, stock management and after-sales service; compensation combines fixed and variable pay based on individual and collective performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve quantitative and qualitative sales targets by contributing to boutique revenue and commercial KPIs.
- Follow the sales ceremony and convey the Maison’s passion and values.
- Participate in the Maison’s commercial events.
- Build client loyalty through clienteling initiatives and follow-up throughout the client’s experience with the Maison.
- Develop personalised action plans for VIP and VVIP clients.
- Recruit new clients.
- Act as an ambassador for the Maison and serve as a reference point for knowledge of the Maison and its creations.
- Follow the Maison’s visual merchandising guidelines.
- Participate in boutique administrative tasks, stock management and after-sales service.
- Comply with the Maison’s commercial procedures and rules.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience.
- Knowledge of luxury codes.
- Results-oriented and proactive.
- Interest in the jewellery world.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit.
- Fluent English.
