Buccellati is hiring a Sales Associate in Dubai to deliver bespoke client service and drive boutique sales for its high‑jewellery collections.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, relationship-driven service to high‑net‑worth and VIP clients, maintaining the discreet, personalized standards of a luxury jewellery maison.
- Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling and effective clienteling.
- Build and maintain a CRM-driven client book: proactively manage appointments, follow-ups, gifting and after‑sales care.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across Buccellati collections, materials and artisanal techniques to inform client recommendations.
- Support in-store visual merchandising and product presentation to uphold brand aesthetics and maintain showroom standards.
- Manage transactional processes including POS operations, stock movements, inventory reconciliation and loss-prevention procedures.
- Coordinate with boutique management and wider brand teams on client events, private viewings and bespoke service requests.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales, preferably within fine jewellery, watches or high-end accessories.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with refined presentation, discretion and the ability to cultivate long-term client relationships.
