Buccellati in Dubai seeks a Sales and Retail Operations Executive (UAE National, fixed‑term) to drive boutique sales and ensure flawless store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive boutique sales performance to meet and exceed revenue and conversion targets while maintaining exemplary client service standards.
- Manage day‑to‑day retail operations including opening/closing procedures, stock control, merchandising standards and loss‑prevention protocols.
- Develop and maintain high‑value client relationships through proactive clienteling, telephone follow‑up, appointment management and VIP servicing.
- Coordinate with regional management on assortment planning, inventory replenishment, in‑store promotions and visual merchandising execution.
- Prepare regular sales and operations reports, analyse KPIs and propose corrective actions to optimise store performance.
- Lead and coach boutique staff on product knowledge, sales techniques and brand standards; support recruitment and on‑boarding during the contract period.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations, company policies and cash handling procedures; represent the brand at client events and trunk shows.
Qualifications
- UAE national status required.
- Proven commercial acumen in luxury retail with a demonstrated record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver refined, personalised service to high‑net‑worth clients.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in stock management and boutique presentation.
- Professional integrity and familiarity with cash handling, POS systems and retail compliance requirements.

Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury retail sales and store operations, preferably within jewellery, watches or high‑end fashion. Prior experience in the UAE/GCC market or with high‑net‑worth clientele is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality, Fashion or equivalent professional experience.
