Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily boutique operations including client reception, sales assistance and after‑sales follow‑up under the guidance of senior client advisors.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling, appointment management and personalised service.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and boutique presentation to uphold brand standards and seasonal directives.
- Participate in stock management tasks: deliveries, inventory control, replenishment and accurate record keeping.
- Assist with sales administration: processing transactions on the Point of Sale system, preparing documentation and supporting reporting.
- Engage in Richemont Retail Generation training modules and internal learning programmes to build product, sales and service competencies.
- Collaborate with the boutique team on events, private appointments and client communications to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Luxury Management, Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related field (work‑study / alternance contract).
- Demonstrated interest in luxury retail, jewellery or high fashion; internships or short retail placements are advantageous.
- Professional presentation, exceptional interpersonal skills and a service‑oriented demeanour suited to high‑net‑worth clientele.
- Organisational rigor, attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple administrative and client tasks simultaneously.
- Availability and flexibility to work boutique hours including evenings and weekends as required by the store schedule.
- Strong learning mindset and commitment to participating in structured training and development modules.

Experience
Designed for candidates at the start of their professional journey; prior retail or internship experience in luxury goods is beneficial but not mandatory. The role favours candidates who have completed at least one placement or short assignment in customer‑facing retail environments.
Education
Enrolled in a recognised higher education programme (Bachelor/Master) with eligibility for an alternance/work‑study contract.
