Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS), including document control and revision workflows.
  • Assist with non‑conformance reporting, root cause analysis and follow‑up of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Prepare and support internal audits and supplier quality assessments; compile evidence and track audit findings to closure.
  • Collaborate with production, bench craftsmen and laboratory teams to monitor process controls and product conformance.
  • Contribute to process mapping, quality records, inspection plans and basic statistical monitoring (e.g., SPC charts).
  • Support validation activities for new processes or product changes and assist in preparation of regulatory/quality documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or final‑year student in Materials Science, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Metallurgy, Gemology or a related discipline.
  • Solid analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and methodical documentation habits.
  • Familiarity with fundamental quality principles (document control, non‑conformance handling, CAPA, internal audits).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional atelier teams.
