Role & Responsibilities
- Support the maintenance team in planning preventive and corrective maintenance activities for production equipment
- Collaborate on the collection and analysis of maintenance data to identify and implement process improvements
- Assist maintenance technicians during equipment maintenance interventions at the facility
- Contribute to the updating and documentation of technical records and maintenance registers
- Support the utilization and updating of the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for maintenance activity management
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and facility optimization initiatives
- Work with production departments to monitor machine performance and operational metrics
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, electronics engineering, or related discipline
- Strong interest in industrial maintenance and manufacturing process improvement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Fluent in Italian and English

Experience
Recent graduate or final-year student in an engineering discipline with foundational knowledge of industrial maintenance and production systems.
Education
Bachelor's degree (or currently enrolled) in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, electronics engineering, or equivalent discipline.
