Role & Responsibilities
- Support the maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS), including document control and revision workflows.
- Assist with non‑conformance reporting, root cause analysis and follow‑up of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Prepare and support internal audits and supplier quality assessments; compile evidence and track audit findings to closure.
- Collaborate with production, bench craftsmen and laboratory teams to monitor process controls and product conformance.
- Contribute to process mapping, quality records, inspection plans and basic statistical monitoring (e.g., SPC charts).
- Support validation activities for new processes or product changes and assist in preparation of regulatory/quality documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or final‑year student in Materials Science, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Metallurgy, Gemology or a related discipline.
- Solid analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and methodical documentation habits.
- Familiarity with fundamental quality principles (document control, non‑conformance handling, CAPA, internal audits).
- Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional atelier teams.

Experience
Internship or up to 1–2 years of practical experience in a manufacturing or laboratory quality role preferred; prior exposure to artisan or small‑batch production environments is an advantage.
Education
Bachelor's degree (or in progress) in Materials Science, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Metallurgy, Gemology or a related field.
