Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the finished product quality control team in monitoring external suppliers
  • Verify product conformity against Buccellati's established Quality Code and flag non-conformities
  • Complete non-conformity reports and maintain comprehensive documentation
  • Manage repair requests and coordination for both suppliers and end clients
  • Handle administrative tasks including invoice reconciliation, repair shipments, title assays, and production sheet closure

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of quality control experience, preferably in jewellery, high-jewellery, or precious metals sectors
  • Sensitivity and passion for artisanal craftsmanship and jewellery products
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and rigorous accuracy
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team structure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage confidential information
