Role & Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day production administration including order entry, status updates and progress tracking across ateliers and external workshops.
• Maintain and update production schedules and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders and collections.
• Coordinate with procurement, ateliers, quality control and shipping to resolve bottlenecks and expedite critical jobs.
• Prepare and reconcile production documentation, work orders, and routing sheets; ensure traceability of components and finished goods.
• Assist with inventory monitoring and raw-material consumption reporting to support purchasing and cost control activities.
• Generate regular operational reports and KPIs for production managers, highlighting schedule adherence and open actions.
• Participate in quality incident follow-up and support corrective-action documentation and implementation.
• Support process-improvement initiatives by collecting data, mapping workflows and proposing administrative refinements.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and methodical record‑keeping.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritise competing production requests.
• Clear, professional communication and the capacity to liaise with ateliers, suppliers and cross‑functional teams.
• Analytical aptitude for basic data reconciliation and KPI monitoring.
• Discretion and respect for confidentiality when handling design and client information.
• Flexibility to work within atelier hours and to respond to production urgencies.

Skills

Experience

Suitable for recent graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years' experience in production administration, operations support, supply chain or a manufacturing environment; prior internships within jewellery, luxury goods or small-batch manufacturing are an advantage.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Jewellery Technology or a related discipline; final‑year students and recent graduates will be considered.
