Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of merchandise assortments, allocations and replenishment plans aligned with seasonal strategy and sales targets.
- Monitor stock levels and turnover; implement inventory controls and processes to maximise sell‑through and minimise stock obsolescence.
- Prepare regular sales, margin and inventory reports; analyse KPIs and present actionable insights to senior merchandising and store leadership.
- Coordinate cross‑functional activities between merchandising, retail operations, visual merchandising and clienteling teams to ensure coherent execution in stores.
- Manage day‑to‑day store operational requirements including stock transfers, receiving procedures, stocktakes and loss‑prevention protocols.
- Participate in purchase order follow‑up and vendor communications to ensure timely deliveries and accurate product assortments.
- Contribute to store rostering, operations training and on‑the‑floor support to maintain service and presentation standards.
- Support seasonal launches, private client events and trunk shows with merchandising set‑up, inventory preparation and post‑event reconciliation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Retail Management or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in luxury retail merchandising, inventory control or retail operations; prior supervisory responsibility preferred.
- Proven ability to interpret sales and inventory data to drive merchandising decisions and improve financial performance.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to stock accuracy, processes and loss‑prevention.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience coordinating with commercial, store and visual teams.

Experience
At least three years of progressive experience in luxury retail merchandising or operations, including hands‑on inventory management and exposure to store supervisory duties; background in jewellery or premium accessories is highly relevant.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Retail Management or equivalent professional experience preferred.
