The Marketing and Communications Executive supports Buccellati’s UK PR and marketing strategy across media relations, advertising, CRM, celebrity dressing, events, Harrods activations and A&P budget management. The role works with headquarters, local agencies, boutique managers and sales teams to strengthen brand visibility and commercial performance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Liaise daily with UK PR agencies on editorial features and photoshoot opportunities, overseeing logistics, sample movements and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate the UK press gifting strategy and press trip arrangements in line with Maison guidelines.
  • Maintain and archive UK press coverage and campaign materials.
  • Coordinate the UK advertising media plan with headquarters and PR agencies, including print media buying and digital display.
  • Ensure local press execution meets print quality standards, placement requirements and media alignment.
  • Use DMR to prepare detailed biannual ROI reports for headquarters, monitoring the commercial performance of advertising, editorial and digital exposure.
  • Work with senior leadership and boutique managers to ensure accurate, high-quality client data capture.
  • Segment client data to curate targeted guest lists for events, seasonal moments and product announcements.
  • Support the Sales team in using client data to build loyalty, re-engage inactive clients and convert prospective clients through anniversary gifting and tailored communications.
  • Support global agencies in maximising celebrity dressing opportunities while adhering to security requirements and Richemont group compliance policies.
  • Oversee product care and ensure talent acts as a knowledgeable ambassador for the Maison.
  • Monitor resulting media coverage to ensure appropriate product credits.
  • Assist with organising and executing local partnerships and events for existing and prospective clients.
  • Curate guest lists to support strong commercial returns and enable sales teams to maximise commercial opportunities.
  • Evaluate and submit annual Harrods marketing proposals to headquarters, overseeing end-to-end execution once approved.
  • Maintain relationships with Harrods media and magazine teams alongside local PR agencies.
  • Coordinate A&P budget allocations and monthly spending reviews with headquarters and the local financial controller.
  • Oversee invoicing to ensure marketing and communications activities are billed and registered accurately and promptly.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in luxury retail, fine jewellery, luxury communications or agency environments in the UK market is desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superior organisational ability and strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with media monitoring platforms such as DMR and with tracking campaign ROI.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with high discretion and a strong passion for luxury craftsmanship and brand storytelling.
