Buccellati seeks Manufacturing Controller in Valenza, Italy. €45K–€55K annually. SAP expertise required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and track performance across the two Valenza manufacturing sites through primary manufacturing key performance indicators
- Lead manufacturing controlling projects and support the digitalization process in industrial controlling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain accurate industrial budgets and forecasts aligned with financial frameworks
- Develop budgets, estimates, and rolling forecasts within the Richemont consolidation system (Anaplan)
- Support the Senior Manufacturing Controller on SAP product costing projects, providing detailed cost analysis for jewelry and silver production
- Analyze production costs, margins, product costs, and inventory activities; communicate monthly results to the manufacturing organization
- Establish close and proactive collaboration with all industrial departments
- Design and implement appropriate internal control systems to support manufacturing operations
Qualifications
- Degree in scientific fields such as Finance, Management Engineering, or equivalent qualification
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar manufacturing controlling role, preferably in an international manufacturing environment or with Big Four consulting firms
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, specifically SAP CO (Controlling), FI (Financial Accounting), PP (Production Planning), and MM (Materials Management) modules
- Fluent in Italian and English; French language skills a plus
- Demonstrated ability to adjust communication style and collaborate effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams
- Experience presenting to and challenging business partners
- Project management experience preferred

The candidate should possess 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within an international manufacturing environment or with a Big Four professional services firm. Demonstrated competency in manufacturing controlling, cost accounting, and SAP-based financial systems is essential. Prior exposure to luxury goods production or high-complexity manufacturing environments is advantageous.
Education
Degree in scientific fields such as Finance, Management Engineering, or an equivalent professional qualification.
