Buccellati seeks a proactive, organized Junior Stock Administrator to support back-office operations and stock management at its Milan boutique. The role covers inventory controls, goods handling, SAP processes, sales documentation and transaction and invoice processing. Full-time position under the CCNL Commercio, with a salary range of €30,000–€32,000 and an €8 meal voucher per working day.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support inventory management, including stock counts, reconciliations and controls.
- Assist with stock rebalancing to optimize product availability.
- Manage goods receipt and dispatch, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
- Contribute to implementing and optimizing back-office processes on SAP.
- Maintain the care and organization of products in the stockroom.
- Collaborate with the back-office team to maintain high operational standards.
- Manage and verify daily sales documentation for accuracy and compliance with administrative procedures.
- Work with the HQ finance team to ensure accurate processing of transactions and invoices.
