Buccellati seeks an HR Coordinator in Valenza, Italy to manage personnel administration, recruitment, and industrial relations for the luxury jewellery hub. €35k–€42k annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for all Valenza HUB employees, providing guidance and support across all people-related matters
- Oversee personnel administration including employment contracts, hiring processes, role changes, and employee departures
- Manage payroll records and coordinate the onboarding process for newly hired personnel
- Monitor and maintain the attendance tracking and timekeeping system
- Support active recruitment and personnel selection processes in collaboration with management
- Identify training and development needs across the hub, contributing to workforce skill development
- Manage relationships with local technical schools and vocational institutes specializing in jewellery craftsmanship
- Provide strategic HR consultation to managers on recruitment, performance management, employee development, industrial relations, and conflict resolution
- Facilitate local union relations and maintain collaborative relationships with works councils
- Ensure full compliance with company HR policies and current labour legislation
- Collaborate closely with central HR on the implementation of group-wide strategies and projects
- Generate HR reports and data analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Champion company values and culture within the atelier environment
- Manage local purchase orders related to HR activities
Qualifications
- Degree in Psychology, Economics, Law, or related disciplines
- 3 to 4 years of prior experience in an HR Coordinator or equivalent HR role
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Hands-on experience with HR management systems, specifically Workday and Zucchetti
- Fluent Italian language skills; English language proficiency is considered advantageous
- Strong command of employment contract law, labour legislation, industrial relations, and personnel administration
- Proven ability to conduct interviews (recruitment, performance evaluation, feedback), manage and develop personnel, and understand organisational dynamics
- Capacity to adapt to dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities effectively

3 to 4 years of prior experience in a human resources coordination or generalist role within a dynamic organisational setting. Candidates should demonstrate proven expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, employee relations, payroll administration, and compliance with labour and employment regulations.
Education
Degree in Psychology, Economics, Law, or related disciplines.
