Buccellati in Milan seeks an FP&A Trainee to support budgeting, forecasting and management reporting for the finance team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the FP&A team in the preparation of monthly management reporting, consolidation of financials and variance analysis versus budget and prior periods.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting cycles, including data collection, model maintenance and scenario analysis.
  • Build and maintain financial models, KPI dashboards and ad hoc analyses to inform commercial and operating decisions.
  • Prepare clear, presentation‑ready financial summaries and slide decks for senior management and cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Sales and Operations to ensure data accuracy, timely close activities and alignment on assumptions.
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline reporting and enhance data quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or equivalent; final‑year students and recent graduates are invited to apply.
  • Demonstrable numerical aptitude, strong analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken business English; ability to present financial information succinctly.
  • High level of discretion and professional integrity when handling confidential financial information.

Experience
