Buccellati Events & Communication Trainee

Overview

Buccellati is an Italian haute-joaillerie maison celebrated for its ornate goldsmithing and silversmithing techniques, artisanal hand-engraving, and richly textured aesthetic. The maison operates internationally and, as part of a luxury group, combines deep heritage craftsmanship with contemporary brand development and global retail operations.

Role & Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination and execution of brand events, product launches, salon appointments and client entertaining, ensuring flawless on-site delivery.
• Assist in drafting and distributing press materials, event invitations and internal communications; maintain and update media and guest lists.
• Coordinate logistics with vendors, venues, in-house teams and external partners, overseeing timelines, shipping, set-up and technical requirements.
• Provide on-site event management including guest welcoming, check-in, VIP handling and liaison with security and hospitality teams.
• Contribute to post-event reporting, attendee analysis and budget reconciliation; capture photographic and editorial assets for internal reuse.
• Support social and digital teams by preparing event-related content, coordinating asset delivery and monitoring earned media and coverage.

Qualifications

• Current enrolment in or recent completion of a degree in communications, marketing, public relations, event management or luxury brand management.
• Demonstrable organisational aptitude with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, professional demeanour and proven ability to interact with high-net-worth clients and stakeholders.
• Flexible availability for occasional evening and weekend events and travel as required.
• Previous internship experience in events, PR or luxury retail is preferred but not mandatory.

Internship-level role; suitable for current students or recent graduates. Prior internship or work experience in events, public relations, in-house brand communications or luxury retail is advantageous.

Education

Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, event management, luxury management or a related discipline (in progress or recently completed).
