Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate frontline sales staff, providing coaching and ensuring team stability, morale, and adherence to customer service standards
• Contribute to boutique sales targets and oversee all sales transactions, ensuring proper procedures and accurate cash handling
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Buccellati standards, cultivating strong client relationships and loyalty through personalized engagement
• Manage stock and inventory, including merchandise receiving, replenishment, floor monitoring, and participation in inventory processes
• Execute visual merchandising guidelines, maintaining boutique presentation, displays, and cleanliness to brand specifications
• Develop and maintain client portfolios, execute targeted CRM actions, and resolve customer complaints with management escalation when necessary
• Master and transmit product knowledge to team members, ensuring awareness of all creations and the Maison's craftsmanship heritage and brand DNA
• Oversee boutique operations including opening and closing procedures, cash management, security compliance, and adherence to all company policies
• Represent the Buccellati brand at boutique events and external occasions, embodying the Maison's sophisticated aesthetic and values

Qualifications

• At least 5–8 years of demonstrated experience in luxury retail, services, or luxury hospitality environments
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin); additional language capabilities preferred
• Established portfolio of VIP or high-net-worth clients with proven track record of sales achievement
• Strong proficiency with point-of-sale systems and retail management software
• Confidence handling high-value transactions and managing sensitive client relationships
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure

At least 5–8 years of previous experience in luxury retail, services, or luxury hospitality environments. Demonstrated track record of high sales performance and established relationships with VIP clientele. Proven ability to lead teams, drive customer engagement, and maintain operational excellence in fast-paced retail settings.
