Buccellati is hiring a Boutique Supervisor in Singapore — lead boutique operations, sales and client service for the Italian high-jewellery maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day boutique operations to ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to brand standards.
- Lead, coach and develop a small sales team; manage staff scheduling, performance reviews and ongoing training.
- Drive sales performance and achieve boutique KPIs through active selling, clienteling and targeted merchandising.
- Maintain client relationships and a high standard of personalised service for high-net-worth and repeat clientele.
- Manage inventory, stock control, visual merchandising and adherence to loss-prevention and security protocols.
- Prepare regular sales and operational reports and liaise with regional management on commercial initiatives and stock requests.
- Ensure immaculate boutique presentation and compliance with all brand policies, local regulations and health & safety requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in luxury retail, preferably within high jewellery, watches or fine accessories.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing boutique KPIs.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills with experience in coaching and developing front-line retail teams.
- Excellent clienteling skills with the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with HNW clientele.
- Fluent English with strong interpersonal and communication skills; additional regional languages an asset.

Experience
Typically 3–5 years of progressive luxury retail experience with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role, ideally in jewellery or comparable high-value categories.
Education
Secondary education required; diploma or degree in business, retail management, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
