Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and deliver outstanding hospitality throughout their boutique visit.
• Use Maison storytelling and heritage to enhance the client experience.
• Manage boutique traffic flow so clients are served promptly.
• Support the commercial team in preparing and delivering seamless client experiences, including client entertainment, product presentation and sales finalization; run products, gather sales accessories, wrap gifts, serve beverages, capture client data and provide farewells.
• Support complimentary services such as strap changes, bracelet sizing, steam cleaning and cord changes.
• Support the commercial and management teams with CRM activities, including data entry, report management and execution of client treatments.
• Consistently reach and exceed all KPIs.
• Maintain the sales floor’s appearance and general upkeep.
• Support merchandising and display maintenance, including visual standards, product maintenance, understock organization and cleanliness.
• Work with the Operations Manager to manage boutique supply inventory, replenishment, ordering and storage organization.
• Work with the Operations Manager to oversee product movement into, out of and within the boutique, including shipments, transfers and consignments, while maintaining quality control and preventing stock losses.
• Support inventory control processes, including daily, weekly and monthly counts and stock movements, to ensure a successful annual inventory.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
• Develop knowledge of the Maison and its products to convey Buccellati’s heritage and value.
• Understand and follow security and operational procedures, including product handling, inventory control and transaction processing and payments.
• Stay current on industry news and local and global competition to coordinate boutique business effectively.
• Share best practices and collaborate with boutique team members.
• Uphold Buccellati standards and project an approachable, professional image in appearance, manner and demeanor.
• Foster a positive, productive and collaborative boutique environment, using personal and team savoir-faire in person and by telephone.

Qualifications

• An associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Previous experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality is a plus.
• Excellent computer skills and facility with technology.
• Previous SAP experience is preferred.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for training as needed.
• Ability to stand throughout the day and demonstrate physical strength.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of internal and external client service needs and priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and precisely.
• Collaborative approach and ability to foster a united work environment with a can-do attitude.
• Intellectual curiosity and passion for learning.

Skills

Experience

Previous experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality is a plus.

Education

An associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 27 to USD 30 per hour.
